Though small in physical size, the impact of Studio Collective is anything but. Studio Collective is the official design journal of the Virginia Tech School of Architecture + Design and Prof. Chris Pritchett and the student editorial team are coming all the way from the hinterlands of VA to share stories from the front lines of design.

The work of Danny and Kate MacNelly’s ARCHITECTUREFIRM isn’t small or large. It sits beautifully in the middle, perfectly balancing context, craft, and clarity. While we in Richmond have been enjoying their work for years, the rest of the world is finally catching up – with international press courtesy of Dwell, Architizer, Dezeen, among others.

When it comes to large projects, we go big or go home. Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in US history and we are excited to welcome architect Justin Whiteford to share thoughts on adding to one of the most famous skylines in the world.
